Our Japan rail passes came today! With it you get to travel around Japan using the different railways including the Shinkansen (bullet trains) to a much lower price! It’s only available for tourists and you have to order it in your home country before you leave. You can choose for it to cover 7, 14 or 21 days and when you get to Japan and have decided on when you want to start using it, you just “cash it in”. We’re going for 7 days, costing $325/person.
