Atm we’re looking for an apartment in Tokyo through Sakura House, just as last time! The minimum stay is one month, which is what we’re going for. For ppl who stay longer, you must leave a notice one month in advance that you wish to end your contract. In other words, apartments that will be available on the 23rd of June when we arrive, will be advertised within one or two weeks. I found a video (se above) via Akihabara news of a pretty small (!) apartment (?)! The one we had last time was about 12m2, so double the size of this one.
