Ey, Emma here! I'm in Tokyo studying japanese at an international language school. I'll be staying here for a year! Check out my videos on YT too!

Say cheeeese!

Been wanting to buy a compact digital camera for a long time. I have a camera to film w, but some things are meant to be filmed and some are not. There is no reason to film something that is just still and doesn’t need further explanation.. all of that a still photo can take care of. So in other words, I would want to be able to do both. Last time I was away I felt so “locked” to having to film all the time, it almost became a burden. That too makes me want to move away a bit from filming and start taking more pics, which also requires less time. Carrying two things around is not an option. The film camera I have can take still pics, but… the quality sucks. SO! The last week or two I’ve been looking around and reading reviews and found one that seems super! The Panasonic Lumix DMC-TZ7 (called ZS3 in the US)! It’s a compact camera known for it’s zoom range and… it’s HD video capturing ability! Yay! So two in one! And all in awesome quality! The only thing is that I might find it too big.. but then again, it’s got all the features I would like. I’ve decided to wait and buy it in Japan cus… it’s more fun that way :P and I’m hoping to maybe come down a little bit in price that way. Or I might find something else there!
