On Wednesday we continued south to Hiroshima (btw.. both Kyoto and Hiroshima were even hotter than Tokyo!). I don’t know what expectations I had, but I think I was spoiled after seeing all of the great stuff in Kyoto. There was nothing in Hiroshima. Okay.. it was fun to ride the trams and eat Okonomiyaki (tnx Sora!) (see pic above). We went to a dome they had preserved after the WWII atomic bombing. Other than that we got to say “hello” a lot. Tons of young school classes visited the area. Yupp.
